Scope of works: The service manages the cash flow and profitability, with enriched predictive trends.
It lists and examines in greater depth potential sources of difficulty, as well as their impacts and possible solutions.
The initial audit maps your cash flows, with a particular focus on margin leakage, and recommends the first set of measures to implement.
The same applies to potential optimizations and opportunities to watch for.
At your convenience, these topics can be advantageously included in comprehensive reviews and audits, with more precise quantification and measurement of risks and expected gains.
We define the tools and formats for collecting relevant information, enabling you to provide us with the necessary input.
Your Account Manager can call upon related expert resources in specific areas, while remaining fully responsible for your account.
The service includes a monthly 90-minute management meeting to present and analyse the Monthly Report, plus a monthly allowance of one hour for synchronous (phone or video) or asynchronous (email) communication to address your questions.
Monthly retainer: 10 hours
Initial retainer: an additional 10 hours dedicated to onboarding and initial audit (billed as a one-time fee on first month).
