After an initial period dedicated to gaining a thorough understanding of the business, we are able to offer, in addition to the traditional fixed compensation system based on standard retainer fees, a range of "Partnership" Plans, up to pure direct investment.
The terms are determined based on our profitability and risk assessment criteria. They also reflect our strong mutual relationship and the resulting collaborative partnership. Therefore, these programs are available to clients with whom we have accumulated sufficient experience and practice.
As the relationship deepens and trust is established: -

"Success Fee": A portion of the compensation is contingent upon achieving agreed-upon objectives; we invest in and commit to your success.

"Corporate Sharing": A portion of the compensation is in the form of shares and/or convertible options under certain conditions; as trust grows, we bet on and take risks on your success.

Direct Equity Investment: Recognizing the value and potential, we simply invest in your success.
