First Principle
"Never accept as true what is not presented with clear evidence"
The term "evidence" should be translated as "proof" in modern language.
When we approach a new client, we are confronted with their impressions, ambitions, sometimes dreams, and often fears.
At initial stage, neutral and impartial verification is a necessity that can prove crucial to the mission, and sometimes even to the company's long-term viability.
Therefore, throughout the mission, every conclusion is properly justified and demonstrated.
To this end, general and thematic audits, FP&A tools, and a healthy dose of impartiality will be employed to best guide the company toward its desired state.

2nd Principle
"Divide each difficulty into as many sub-parts as necessary to solve it."
The key issue here is the interdependence of factors impacting a situation or a desired objective.
The optimal solution will then emerge from the ability to identify the sub-problems, the internal and external factors influencing each of them, as well as the nature and strength of the links between these factors.
From this ability will arise one or more procedures for addressing these sub-problems, ultimately leading to the desired final result.
Facilitation techniques with weighting, in particular, will be able to highlight and prioritize the optimal paths, thus fully satisfying Descartes' third principle.

3rd Principle
"To guide one's thinking from the simplest to the most complex."
The sub-sections are established and evaluated in detail in terms of overall difficulty, prerequisites, workload, unavoidable deadlines, required personnel qualifications, and investments.
These sub-sections are then weighted according to these criteria, as well as their interdependence, in order to construct the optimal path while respecting the priority factors (deadline, budget, workload, any other factor, or a combination thereof).

4th Principle
"Conduct thorough checks to avoid oversights."
Whether during the design or monitoring phase, cross-management principles are established among all collaborators involved in the operation, whether they are part of the company or belong to our dedicated team.
The establishment of appropriate indicators and warning signs, coupled with the intelligent sharing and duplication of responsibilities mentioned above, ensures reliable project management.
Monitoring and management involve frequent reassessments and adjustments to the initial plan. Successive iterations within predefined timeframes ensure the timely and effective management of unforeseen events.
