About: An enhanced version of "Fundamental Deep One" offering a broader analytical scope, deeper insights and forecasting, more frequent reporting — from interim weekly updates preceding the monthly report up to continuous auditing — and greater availability across synchronous and asynchronous channels.
Based on the objectives and up-to-date KPI dashboard established during the initial audit, and in our capacity as your outsourced CFO and Business Development Director, we monitor the consolidated fundamentals of your company, group, and local or international subsidiaries, as well as the progress of your projects. We then deliver detailed audits and situation reports, including critical analyses of variances from targets, recommended corrective measures, and potential development opportunities to explore.
Scope of works: The service can extend to continuous monitoring and management of cash flow and profitability, as well as the status and performance of departments and markets. It includes enhanced predictive-trend simulations, both locally and globally, through tailored consolidations.
If necessary, in an outsourcing model, one or more dedicated consultants can be assigned to the company's site to assume plain responsible roles.

The Account Manager coordinates the team of resources deployed, including the internal staff involved in the project, if any.
It is important here to clearly define the actual needs in order to best determine the budgets, profiles to be mobilized, workloads, and deadlines to be implemented.
Therefore, except in the event of an emerging crisis, it is generally recommended to begin this program after having experienced a more basic approach such as "Fundamental Evolving" or "Fundamental Deep One".
Depending on the agreed budget, the service may include in-person and/or video workshops for presentation, support, brainstorming and facilitation, participation in Executive Committee meetings, ongoing auditing, as well as a predefined monthly allowance for synchronous exchanges (telephone or video calls) or asynchronous communication (email) to address your questions.
Monthly retainer: To be defined together (Generally more than 20 hours/month.).
Initial retainer: an additional quota of hours dedicated to onboarding and initial audit (billed as a one-time fee on first month).
